As we all know, the period cycle of a woman usually takes 28 days. And the bleeding lasts from 2 to 7 days. Although not all women are same, every woman’s body responds in a different manner.

- APPLY HOT COMPRESS
You can use a But this remedy also needs 7 to 10 days in advance before you expect your period.Hot water bottle for this remedy. Place the bottle daily for few minutes on your abdomen.
Pineapple is very much effective. You can take it as a salad or can eat a fruit. It is not recommended in pregnant.
Women may not get their period regularly because they lack exercise. Physical exercise plays an important role. Now you must be wondering which type of exercise.
Always go for aerobics. Or you can do abdomen exercise.
